Home Visit & Professional Advice
We DO NOT DO FREE home visit service, our service is to diagnose the problem and advice how to resolve it within a time frame there is a minimum charge for a half-hour set at £32.5, we provide a diagnostic fault finding service at your home, or agreed on address, which will include a full diagnosis of the system in place in an attempt to rectify the problem, and provide advice on any replacements where necessary. All diagnostic & service charges are exclusive of VAT and any parts which may be required to rectify the problem.
We are happy to provide professional and impartial advice by telephone before visiting your property. However, this advice is subject to the information you provide us at the time of the call and can alter upon a visit from an engineer. We are unable to provide fixed fee’s for any faults or products as these vary dependant on the Aerial and Satellite problems, We do, however, provide a base price for your fault diagnosis as stated in the Second paragraph.
We do NOT sell up or try to increase our half-hourly rate because there is a problem within the Aerial or Satellite system without explaining there is a genuine reason. This will be explained clearly to the customer when undertaking any extra work within the home visit of the day of booking or telephone appointment.
Same/Next Day Service
We aim to visit your property within 2 hours of your booking. Unfortunately, factors out of our control may not make this possible. We will always endeavour to inform you at the earliest opportunity of where this may be the case.
Suffolk Digital Aerials company will not accept liability for loss of work or earnings if your appointment needs to be re-arranged.

Goods & Services
By booking an appointment with Suffolk Digital Aerials company, and where the engineer visits your property, you agree to any payments or further prices quoted during your booking with our engineer. Failure to pay in full once the Repair or upgrade has been completed will result in any goods or services provided being removed, and/or legal court action.
All goods remain the property of Suffolk Digital Aerials until paid in full. We reserve the right to remove any goods where this condition has been breached.
Where stated, the Company is Suffolk Digital Aerials company, and the Customer is shall mean any person, company or organisation that places an order with the company for goods and/or services.
By signing the work provided on a half-hourly rate at £32.50, you agree to the advice provided by the company, price and the suitability, on advice if the work carries on due to the Aerial or Satellite requires further ongoing work which is beyond the engineer’s control, the terms of the company as set out below.
By signing or electronically click on the Suffolk Digital Aerials Callout website by purchasing a further half hourly rate of £32.50 the invoice provided, you agree to the advice provided by the company / Engineer, and the suitability, of the parts and labour, fitted, and the terms of the company as set out below. Furthermore, you agree to pay in full upon completion of any works carried out, as agreed with the company.
All goods and services provided by the company are subject to the conditions set out below and will be the basis of the contract between the company and the customer.
All goods provided by the company will remain the property of the company until payment has been received in full. The customer gives the company irrevocable access to the property at any time to remove any goods supplied by the company if payment has not been received in full, as set out above.
The company/engineer will assess each job and work considered to provide the best quality of parts. A further assessment may be attained on completion of the works and further recommendations made where appropriate.
The company cannot be held responsible for inconvenience due to the cancellation/postponement of the appointment.
The company will only guarantee if the following parts supplied has failed without any doubt, This does not apply to the labour rate, against faulty workmanship ie labour:
The customer may purchase an extended warranty period in twelve monthly increments, up to a maximum of 36 months. The extended warranty will only cover the new parts carried out by the company, any parts that have been supplied by the customer we cannot guarantee nor the labour fitting the parts supplied and will be separate from the manufacturer’s warranty on any equipment and software which has not been repaired by Suffolk Digital Aerials provided.
The company cannot guarantee any third party software which has been download and installed by the customer or another third party by mistake, we reserve the right to charge a further half hourly rate of £32.50
We recommended by the Codes of Practice, but the customer is satisfied with the installation of any parts or software, the company cannot be held responsible for the maintenance of these software / Parts or quality under its normal guarantee terms.
The company will not provide a guarantee or warranty on any equipment provided by the customer or installed by the customer after the engineers visit, Any further visits from the company due to faulty equipment of the customers own equipment will be charged at a half-hourly rate, any further installation required due to factors beyond the engineer’s control will be charged at a half-hourly rate. This will be discussed and agreed upon before undertaking any further work, parts or software.
Any equipment replaced or repaired during the period of the guarantee will remain in guarantee from the date of the original invoice.
This warranty/guarantee does not cover.
a) Any other old parts causing the Aerial or TV distribution amp to fail power supply to the equipment.
b) Wind speed damage excess of over 60mph we cannot be responsible for damage after new installation has been installed ie tv aerial and satellite dish
c) TV aerial engineer advising how the new aerial or satellite equipment will be placed on the property of the customer who then is told by the customer will only except for the tv aerial be fitted in the loft. We will not be responsible for the reduction of signal quality.
d) Any repair, upgrades or alterations carried out by persons other than those qualified certified aerial and satellite installer to do so by the company of Suffolk Digital Aerials cannot be held responsible.
e) Retuning SMART TVs if the customer cannot find the right remote control or the remote control has been damaged before the engineer visit by Express PC Callout Ltd cannot be held responsible for NOT being able to execute his duties, If a delay occurs during the visit upon the engineer from Express PC Callout has to wait this will be excluded from the agreed half-hour time contracted by website book or telephone booking and will be added on extra rated on a half-hourly basis. When returning the SMART TV there is an issue with the signal level because there is a problem with the aerial system Express PC Callout Ltd cannot be responsible for this and if there are missing channel frequencies. This will also apply to the 4G Interference transmitter close by.
f) Works carried out for the customer against the companies best recommendations, for example, Third-party aerial equipment and customers own parts cannot be held responsible.
The company will not be held liable for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, flood, riot, explosions, aircraft or items dropped therefrom, circumstances deemed as acts of God, lightning or damage beyond the supplier’s reasonable control or acts from third parties, criminal or not. Installation faults will be rectified.
You must keep the invoice in the event of a claim and provide it to the company upon the visit of one of its installation engineers. There may be a delay if this document is not provided.
- It is the customer’s duty to ensure suitable permission from the owner/landlord/agent/organisation, and/or planning permission if necessary is obtained before installation work is carried out by the company. The company will not be held responsible for any damage to the property (such as fixings, holes etc) if this has not been obtained, and in the event of equipment supplied or installed requiring removing or re-positioning, extra charges will be incurred.
- By instructing the company to proceed with any works as agreed, it is thought by the company the customer has sought the necessary permission as set out above.
- Where possible, the company will minimise the number of fixings and holes required for the installation. In the unlikely event of property damage potentially caused by us, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice, in writing to the companies Head Office (address overleaf).
Reasonable opportunity must be provided by the customer to the company to inspect the alleged property damage before repairs being carried out. The company will not be held for any liability for such damage unless this condition has been met.
In the unlikely event of a complaint made against the company, the customer must put their complaint in writing to the Head Office at Suffolk Digital Aerials, Aerial House Bury Rd Bury St Edmunds at their earliest opportunity. Upon receipt of this complaint, the company will endeavour to resolve the matter with seven days.
Notice of right to cancel:
“We reserve the right” to sue under the defamation act 1996 if a person decides to publish a grievance or poor customer service or service supplied by Suffolk Digital Aerials onto the internet through a chat room, Facebook, Twitter or forums without taking the necessary cause of action contact Suffolk Digital Aerials to air there concerns through a letter or email first.
Your contract is with Suffolk Digital Aerials and your invoice number/job reference number is on your invoice.
You have the right to cancel this contract if you wish, within seven calendar days starting on the day the Notice of Right to Cancel is issued as stated overleaf on your Booking/invoice. Cancellation should be communicated in writing or by email to our head office or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you send your cancellation notice in writing via post, it is recommended you retain the proof of postage by a certificate of posting, or recorded delivery slip.
Notice of cancellation is deemed to be served as soon as it is posted/sent.
Work carried out before the expiry of the cancellation period:
By signing or electronically clicking onto the booking submit button, you agree work will commence before the seven day cancellation period expires, and should you subsequently cancel by your rights, you are advised that a reasonable payment cancellation charge will apply to the sum of £10 sterling.

Suffolk Digital Aerials will NOT beat or match any other price that has been quoted by another company due to the practice that we work on a half-hourly basis which is fair to the customer and the company. The are many companies working within this field but only work part-time or they are NOT truly dedicated companies like are selves achieving high standards and are truly dedicated.
